The loss of a pet can be a very difficult thing, especially if they have grown up alongside you. I think those feelings have been captured very beautifully by LeftyMonsterP in this sad but uplifting song. And yes, I might have just translated this because 桑原草太's drawings of Gumi were just amazingly beautiful, but don't worry about that...enjoy the song!
