"That fever still continues to burn..."
MikitoP-san and artist ヨリhave collaborated to create something truly wonderful again.
"僕は初音ミクとキスをした/I Shared a Kiss with Hatsune Miku" (released by EXIT TUNES, Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B00B18Z09G, also on CDJapan) is the titular track from MikitoP's new album and I was hoping that it would receive a PV in conjunction with the release of the album and overjoyed to see one finally appear. The lyrics are a bit complex in classic MikitoP style but the story it tells is wonderful and artistically represents the aspirations and experience of many people who have come in contact with the Vocaloid phenomenon, showing in some ways how Miku and Co. have acted as the creative vessel which has helped give voice to thousands of producers and artists.
This is just my interpretation but I feel like the cute girl with the horns represents the protagonist girl's artistic/creative soul in a sense, and in the end we see how her originality and individuality has fused together with the idea that is Miku and Vocaloid to become something she is able to successful share with others despite her struggles. It shows how Miku can and has always been whatever her producers have needed her to be, and provided an avenue for them to share their thoughts and emotions with the world.
I received my copy of this album late last month and have been greatly enjoying it everyday since. I can't recommend it enough and I hope you will consider supporting MikitoP as well if you enjoy his music! Check out the crossfade here: http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm20557132

I hope you enjoyed this translated work, please feel free to share these videos wherever Vocaloid fans might be interested in seeing them. I want to encourage all my viewers to please remember how lucky we are to have so many talented producers creating this wonderful music. Whenever you have the time, please make the effort to visit, mylist, like, comment on, and share their original videos on both NicoDouga and Youtube (I will always provide these links if they exist). I feel that we should really make this effort for Japanese producers to notice and appreciate their international fans. Don't forget to thank them via twitter and other means and please support these artists by buying their CDs and music whenever you can. I have lots of experience purchasing Vocaloid songs and albums for myself from Japan and if I can answer any questions that will help you to locate and buy the albums and Mp3s of Vocaloid producers you want to support, I will be glad to help you. Just send me a message.
