I thought the other kururingo songs I translated were difficult to understand at times, but this time it was even harder haha. Lots of cryptic and difficult metaphors and descriptions. I did my best to translate things in a way that you can understand where the meaning is definite and where it's open to your interpretation. Once again, kururingo's explanations on her blog were very helpful (http://kururingo.zouri.jp/jesica.html), most of the notes I added to the song came from there. While they are difficult (since I think it's hard to transfer things that are already cryptic and hard to understand in Japanese into English), I plan to continue working on they're songs from time to time. I hope you enjoy this song. In case you didn't know, all the art in these songs is hand sketched by Kururingo herself, and I love the cute girls she draws. I'm pretty sure that Jessica is supposed to be the name of the girl the protagonist forgot I believe.
This is another request as well. I'm doing my best to get to them as I can.

Jessica by Kururingo
Translated by Descent87
(This is the story of a person who was poisoned for an unknown reason (perhaps a drug addiction, an accident, intentionally, ect)
By means of this poisoning, the protagonist (the "I" in the song) has forgotten the person most precious to them (the girl, "you"). And as she helps nurse the protagonist back to heath, the protagonist tries to recover their memory.)
I've become empty, like a can of coffee
Connected to an I.V. wandering around the building
A boisterous kid pointed at me and laughed
The woman next to him, she was saying "don't look!"
Amidst this wonderful fall season that has cleared up nicely,
I was helpless and alone within those white walls
With a glance I noticed a girl holding some daisies in her hand
Not recognizing her, the protagonist calls her "a girl"
Unconsciously, I, in the role of the flower vase,
Fell upside down upon my bed
Ah,
Jessica, Jessica
Indeed, Governance
Cryptic Line, Sorry
Trying to cast aside that unfathomable diagnosis,
I drag along that fire extinguisher as I walk along
(It's the IV most likely)
I am not insane!
Jessica, Jessica
Please come home
If this is the last chance, will I make it in time I wonder?
A global crisis, these headaches and dizzyness continue
The "global crisis" is meant to symbolize the protagonist's disoriented/amnesiac state of mind
I borrowed a display copy without returning it
Suppose to show protagonist is still a bit "off"
The mark of the I.V. still on my left arm
Tracing the spine of the colorful book with my finger, in the midst of doing so,
I passed a student looking at me curiously
Amidst this wonderfully sunny green season
Still recovering, in the midst of rehabilitation, at the library
In the biography corner, fighting my battle alone
With a glance, I noticed "you" standing there, holding a heavy-looking reference book
The protagonist has recovered to the point of recognizing the girl at "you", aka someone important to them, but they do not know the name
Standing on the stepladder, with a violent shake,
I lost my balance
Come now,
Jessica, Jessica
Please look, a shooting star
Avoiding the crowds in the library,
Hiding beneath a chair, shivering
I haven't gone mad!
Jessica, Jessica
With a flash, towards the North Pole
And then, if it's the last chance, will I still be able to make it?
A global crisis, this sleeplessness and buzzing in my head doesn't stop
Yes, I understand
The crazy one is me
This treatment isn't working
Will I return to the way I was I wonder?
The task of removing my bandages has been left to me
If all that's left is a horrible scar,
Will you still smile for me?
Ah,
Jessica, Jessica
I'm still a patient
So please treat me with kindness a bit longer,
I'm beginning to remember who you are
Smile at me!
Don't stare at these vacant looking eyes
With a 3, 4, 5 the spell was cast
This global crisis, with just your name, came to a close
