OMG -- Miley and The Biebs are of course good pals, but she's definitely not afraid to poke a little fun at him -- and, that's exactly what she did this week.
Remember that video that Tati Neves recorded of Justin sleeping during his trip to Brazil? It went viral after everyone thought she was a hooker -- not to mention she confirmed the hook-up days later. Well, Miley has nowmade a parody video of -- that video.... and in this one, Miley takes the place of Tati and appears to be the one who films it. Her tongue also gets some serious screen time.

Hilarious. Miley appeared on the Capital Breakfast Show this week -- after which she outlet posted the video... so we're thinking she obviously filmed it while she was there.
