Video Best Training Spot for Pures and Low-Medium Levels

Jagex have added Sand Crabs to Zeah which are now the new best place to train as a 1 defence pure or just a regular, low to medium levelled account. They are now the best training spot in OSRS because they have low defence, 60HP and cannons can't be used on them.
