DON'T LET THE NEIGHBOR CATCH YOU! I recently played the latest Hello Neighbor alpha and it was actually really cool. Not to mention I LOVE the Hello Neighbor song!!!! I wanted to make the Neighbor as a pony and here he is, enjoy the tutorial!

Color Club polish in Charity Ball
Sally Hansen Crayola Polish in Dandelion & Black to Black
Sweater: mixture of Americana acrylic paints in Navy Blue, Dioxazine Purple, and Ultramarine Blue. I also added a little bit of white to this color for the diamonds on the sweater.
