Video Pediatric Cardiology at CHLA

Expecting parents, Heather and Simone Edwards receive help from Dr. Mark Sklansky when they find out that their unborn child's heart has several defects.


Each member of the fetal cardiology team worked with the Edwards family to treat their baby, Aaron, before and after delivery.


Video footage covers baby Aaron's care, including his surgical interventions at our hospital and an overview of some of the innovative research that Dr. Sklansky is doing, including studying the hearts of mammals at SeaWorld in San Diego, California.
