Video Police Asked To See Her Gun Then They Shot Her

A woman in Kansas was shot and killed by police. They received a call saying she was drunk and suicidal. When they showed up, they asked to see her gun. When she found it, they killed her. Cenk Uygur and Ana Kasparian hosts of The Young Turks discuss.

“Police in Kansas awoke a naked woman from her bed — then shot her to death after she showed them her gun, according to a lawsuit filed by the victim's daughter.

The wrongful death suit comes nearly a year after the March 26, 2015, shooting death of Deanne Choate.

Police received a 911 call that Choate, 53, had been drinking, had a gun and was threatening to kill herself.”
