Nick Smith is 21 years old, and stands less than three feet tall. Despite his short stature, Nick has a huge personality. He is a primordial dwarf, and is facing urgent brain surgery to cure a life-threatening condition. People with Nick’s condition have a limited life expectancy, and we’ll see mum Shelly explain her philosophy and fears for the future as she and her other two tall sons look after Nick in Georgia, USA. We’ll join the family as they holiday with other amazing little people. But how does someone so small cope with everyday life – let alone brain surgery?
