Video Being a coach. Coaching the public. Expectations.

The video is thrown together, I had some spare time and wanted to voice my opinions on some things. A lot of people in eSports have a poor idea or view on why coaching is important/necessary but also what it takes to be a good one. I wanted to respond to some stuff but I also go off on some rants.
