In this video Connor Murphy, a YouTube prankster, bodybuilder, and fitness personality, teams up with YouTube prankster Joseph Costello in a dad bid vs fit bod social experiment. First, Connor and Joseph interview girls on their body type opinions. After asking which body is more huggable, they decide to test it out. The pranksters rip off their shirts, then the girls hug each of them and give their opinions on which body is more huggable: the dad bod or the aesthetic bod. Afterwards they ask which body would the girls would rather take home: the dad bod or the Hollywood physique. Overall, it seems like the dad bod and the fit box both have their benefits, but the aesthetic physique prevails in the end.
