Video Mtg Budget Deck Tech: $20 Mono Blue Aggro (Standard, Rotation Proof)

Ever since bringing up the idea of mono blue aggro a couple of weeks ago, it's been one of the most requested deck techs in the comments section! This is essentially a tempo/aggro deck focused around casting lots of spells and taking advantage of Riddleform and small, evasive creatures. It's got a relatively high learning curve, but you've got well over a year to play this deck, so you've got plenty of time to practice!
