This is the finale music from David Lynch's MULHOLLAND DRIVE - if you haven't seen it yet, I must recommend it; it's a dark and dense experience rivaled by no other - that deserved to have a place on YouTube. The "Ending/Love Theme" was composed by Angelo Badalamenti and performed by the City of Prague Philharmonic.
