This is the source where I first encountered this song an year ago...

The little story with this beautiful music is my little background performance for my piano teacher's wedding dinner. I was struggling on what songs I should play that has a wedding theme. Then I came across with this soft piano music. I tried to find sheets but unfortunately, there was none. So, I picked up my pencil and notebook, and started on dictating the notes. I apologize for not being 100% matched with the original source, but the feeling is approximately like this. I hope you enjoy!
