Here's one of my all-time favorite Vietnamese love songs. I am touched by the lyrics and music of this beautiful song. I will not pretend like I understand all the lyrics to this song; however, I am able to grasp the general meaning of the song and feel the emotions in it. It inspired me to write a clerihews poem to express the feelings I'd have each time I'd listen to this song. I named my poem "Memory Remake." I left out the first verse of my poem in the video clip because the poem is too long for the time slot. :) However, the full version of my clerihews poem is below.

MEMORY REMAKE

Over the misty skyline
Images, yours and mine
Once were two lovers
Or the two of never?

Only if we'd have tomorrow
There would be no sorrow
The raindrops fall today
The memory must stay

Seeing the sleeping town
The tears are falling down
Empty now is the heart
Fear of sorrow to start

Our memory, I must keep
While you are asleep
From dreams, you may awake
And our memory, we may remake
