Charles Kinsey is recovering in a Florida hospital after he was shot by police. Cell phone video shows Kinsey lying on the ground with his hands high up in the air. Kinsey, who's a behavior therapist says he was trying to help a man with autism who was sitting next to him go back to the assisted living facility from where he wandered from. The man apparently a toy truck with him. Police say they were dispatched to the pair after getting a call about an armed man threatening suicide.
