To activate Kyrat Fashion Week (Rare Animal Hunts) you need to go to Mr Chiffon's Studio, from there you will head off to your first Rare kill, The Demon Fish. As you progress through the story and Outpost Liberation Missions you will unlock more Rare Animal Missions. I apologize for the disappearance of the Mad Devil footage, I still cant find it. If someone does a guide on that I'll gladly put a link to it!
