Rocky and Rubble are playing with balloons together and decide to fill up some water balloons. They take the full water balloons and line them up on the driveway to play with, but Spiderman runs the balloons over by accident. Rubble and Rocky begin to cry so Spiderman tries to make it up to them. He gives them many more balloons which they fill together.
