Hi guys! It's Q. I will admit I was hesitant to upload this video due to the harsh (and frankly rather unflattering) lighting and heavy breathing. However, I thought you deserved a video, so I am uploading anyways. Since starting this channel, it has always been one of my goals to not be such a perfectionist--that is to be kinder to myself, and gentler with my expectations. And as you know, one of my main objectives as a content creator is to provide you with an authentic moment to help you feel more relaxed and present.
