I share a few tips that I've found throughout research to help you find your baby's heartbeat in the first trimester.

I am not a doctor or an expert on fetal dopplers. Everything that I share and know is from research and personal experience.

I first found my baby's heartbeat at 8 weeks 4 days pregnant. I was unable to find it again for a few days after that so I think we were just lucky that day. DO NOT freak out if you cannot find your baby's heartbeat. There are several factors that affect your odds of hearing it early.
