Russian President Boris Yeltsin and US President Bill Clinton
began talks in the Kremlin on Sunday (21/4) aimed at strengthening
their partnership despite differences over NATO and Iran.
It was the two leaders' 10th summit and followed the G-7 Nuclear
summit in Moscow on Friday (19/4) and Saturday (20/4).
