Ajay Chauhan lives with his folks and sister. He is enamored with Pooja, and wants to wed her sometime in the future. His dad needs him to land a position and settle down, and afterward get hitched. Ajay applies for a job in Bombay, and soon gets a letter approaching him to show up for a meeting. He goes to the meeting, and is procured. Charmed to see everything he could ever hope for working out as expected, he goes to offer his gratitude to God, and it is there a lady named Pratika Jetley sees him and advises the police that he is surely the person who had ruthlessly assaulted three young ladies in a college campus. Ajay repeatedly denies this, yet is sentenced to jail. Four years later he is discharged from jail, and discovers that his dad and Pooja had conferred suicide while his mom and sister are untraceable. He embarks to assemble his life and meets with a merciless police assessor, whose little girl was one of the assault casualties. It is then Ajay finds out about the conspiracy behind this plot to frame him.
