Summary:
Teiko Middle School Basketball Club. An incredibly strong club with over hundreds of members and three consecutive championships. And there was a particular team that stood out from its history. A once-a-generation team of five prodigies titled as "Generation of Miracles", "Kiseki no Sedai". (GoM for short). But there was a player, who was never known, or seen by anyone, lacking a game record, that is respected by the five prodigies. The rumored phantom 6th man who excelled at passing. After graduation, the six athletes decided to go their separate ways and play against each other, competing to see who is stronger.

In Seirin High, a new school, our protagonist, Kuroko Tetsuya, a deadpan, stratify ward, caring and kind, super-ordinary student who likes reading, loves basketball, treasures his teammates, and Maji Burger's vanilla milkshakes, and he's practically invisible (he lacks presence, A LOT), meets a strong, tall, delinquent-face but ends his sentences with "-desu" politely, loves playing against strong players, fierce tiger-like (you'll get the pun if you watch it), blood pumping but somewhat idiotic and oblivious fellow who just came back from America. Did I mentioned super thick skinned and a huge appetite? They formed a pact and planned to defeat the GoM.

The GoM is unbelievably uniquely strong. You can't describe them, that intense atmosphere when there's a breathtaking surprise when their abilities leak even just one bit. You'll know it in the first episode with Kuroko.

But there's more than just a game. The drama; Mysteries, unanswered questions, different thinkings, experiences, love for basketball. The comedy; makes you laugh so hard your neighbors looks at you weirdly, so hilarious, proving their friendships and close bonds....that you'd cry in agony if they seem to be breaking!
What is Kuroko's past...? Meet the GoM one after another, their personalities, their new teams, and their mysterious and O-M-F-G abilities. Watch our protagonists unravels his problems and obstacles to defeat the GoM and win the championship -:)

I guarantee, you'll love this. Three seasons, and it's worth it, trust me ;) I usually thought sports anime like these are cliched and boring; "Win, yay! Lose, aww, but don't worry we'll do it again! Win, Yay!" but I was DEAD WRONG, for this became my favorite... I totally understood what fangirlin got meant then XD.
