Yeniden Yollara/ Hit the Road Again

Şafak Pavey, Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nde İstanbul Milletvekili olarak görev yapmaktadir. Öncesinde dünyanın eşitli yerlerinde, Birleşmis Milletler icin insani ve diplomatik görevlerde çalışmıştır. Özellikle Ortadogu ve Afrika'da yaptığı insan hakları, hayırseverlik ve barış konularındaki uluslararası çalışmalar ile tanınır. Aynı zamanda birçok kitap yazmıştır; en son kitabi "Nereye Gidersem Gökyüzü Benimdir", bir süre çalıştığı ve yaşadığı İran ile ilgili anılarından oluşmaktadır.

Safak Pavey is currently serving as the Deputy of Istanbul to the Turkish Parliament. She has worked for the United Nations on humanitarian and diplomatic missions in different parts of the world. She is known for her international work in human rights, philanthrophy, and peace-building particularly in the Middle East and Africa. She is also an author of several books, recently "Wherever I go the Sky is Mine", which consists of her recollections of Iran where she lived and worked for some years.
