Video Bella Hadid Reacts to Ex Boyfriend The Weeknd Dating Selena Gomez: "Hurt and Pissed"

Here comes the backlash. As we all know, there's a new power couple in town: Selena Gomez and The Weekend. But considering the two were spotted on a date just ONE DAY after he and ex Bella Hadid broke up... everything isn't all sunshine and rainbows.

According to a Bella insider, the split, "Wasn’t dramatic, but of course she’s hurt and pissed that he’s moved on so quickly with Selena." There’s a problem with this logic, however. First of all, Bella broke it off with HIM. She ended things. And even though he went out with Selena the day after they broke up, that's fair- he was fair game as soon as that breakup convo ended. Yes, reportedly Bella still has feelings for him, but girl- you should have figured that out beforehand.

As for people throwing shade at Selena for backstabbing her "friend" Bella? They were never even close! The source reveals, "They’ve always been friendly, but they’re not best friends. Selena knows Bella through Taylor Swift and her squad, but they’ve never been close."

As you all know, it's Bella's sister, Gigi Hadid, who's super close with Selena. Obviously, that puts Gigi in an awkward place, but what's Selena going to do- not go after the love of her life because of her friend's sister? You can't please everyone. On the upside here, do we have a Selena and The Weekend collaboration in our near future? Hard to say right now but, the insider does reveal the couple, "“met a while ago and connected over music.” We'll have to stay tuned.
