Mono Black Discard is a deck that has a storied history in Mtg, but isn't often seen in standard anymore. That being said, I think we've got a lot of the pieces that Discard traditionally needs to thrive, even if we only use cards from the sets that aren't rotating! Lay Bare the Heart, Doomfall, and Dreamstealer are all premium discard pieces, Torment of Scarabs gives us a "Rack"-like punisher card, and Torment of Hailfire is a discard card, a removal card, and a finisher all in one!
