Video 2014 BMW 316i (136hp) Touring - 0-200 km/h acceleration (1080p)

Fast Autobahn acceleration test with the new 2014 BMW 316i Touring (F31) featuring a 1.6 Turbo with 136hp and 220 Nm of torque. Especially since this a reasonably priced entry level model into the new 3-series class, many of us should be interested on how well it actually performs. Luckily this car also had the super soft and quick shifting 8-speed ZF which perfectly complemented the "small" Turbo. Especially since this car does not have so much torque I would really recommend to take the 8-speed as gears need to be changed rather often. Then I think its a very smooth car for people that do not drive more than 25.000 km per year, especially because it definitely sounds nicer than the 316d.
