Instructor Zero is arguably one of the best shooters in the world, he is perhaps the most proficient international combat instructors that ever lived...but he is CERTAINLY the most fun person to be around while training.

Instructor Zero is arguably one of the best shooters in the world. The training that allows him to be at a constant state of readiness may be a bit unorthodox and he is constantly exploring ways to extract and hone compartmentalized skills through unorthodox training methods. Certainly they are not for everyone. Many of the drills cannot be safely performed without some seemingly unattainable pre-requisite. But that's kind of why we love Instructor Zero. He shows us what could be interpreted as the ultimate expression of training. These methods may appear silly at first, and sure, we do have a lot of fun together...but if you watch this video and see anything but good training methodologies, you need a different kind of instructor. And that's okay. There's enough to go around.
