Video Flying Bicycle aka SUMPAC (1962) | British Pathé

This 1962 man-powered plane, Flying Bicycle (ET Style) or SUMPAC, works using bicycle pedals and was built by Southampton University students for a competition. It was also the first human-powered aircraft to make an officially authenticated take-off and flight.
