Alright, what's with the waltz arrange? Two of them in three uploads? Well, it just happened that I had to upload a Tiny, Tiny, Clever Commander arrange and that this one by O-life Japan is simply one of the best there is. The guitar, the piano, the accordion... It's brilliant. Period.
