Seetha (born: 13 July 1964), is an Indian film actress, television actress, and a producer known for her works predominantly in Tamil, Telugu cinema and Malayalam film and a few Kannada films. She was born to yesteryear Tamil actor Mohan Babu and Chandravathi in 1964 and has two brothers Pandu and Dushyanth. Seetha fell in love with actor Parthiban and got married in 1990 and the couple have two daughters P. S. Abhinaya and P. S. Keerthana and an adopted son P. S. Raakhi.

Seetha divorced Parthiban in 2001 for difference in opinion. She got married to Tv actor Satish in 2010.
