The title song "What Can I Do" is about the question a person asks oneself when looking for the purpose in life. The album consists of 4 other new tracks, like "다른 곳을 바라보던 우리 (The way we were)" about heartbreaking goodbyes, and "섬집아기 (An Island Child)" which is a sentimental children's song.
