Video Lavrov speaks at farewell ceremony for slain Russian Ambassador to Turkey

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is paying his final tribute to Russia’s Ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov, who was shot dead by an off-duty Turkish policeman in Ankara on December 19. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow regards the killing of its ambassador as an act of terrorism.
