There is nothing unusual about a fight breaking out in the NFL these days, but it’s extremely rare to see one happen before the game.
While the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals were preparing for a pivotal AFC North rivalry game in the Queen City, opposing linebackers James Harrison and Vontaze Burfict got into it at midfield roughly 30 minutes prior to the game.
Once the game started, it didn’t take long for another “slappy” fight to occur. This time it was Antonio Brown and cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick going all Creed on one another.
With both of these teams surging at the right time, the Bengals-Steelers rivalry could be reaching a new high point.
