St. Paul, MN - March 28, 2015- Members of HNO gather again this year at Hmong College Prep Academy for a two-day convention. Dr. Shoua Yang and Dr. Xoua Thao reiterate the reasons why HNO has come about and why it is important for Hmong Americans to come together. Dr. Shoua Yang says Hmong everywhere should conduct one new year celebration, speak one language, and share one history. These are some of the changes HNO is hoping to bring about for Hmong people.
