The name of the movie is Legend of Dragon Pearl.
The Legend of Dragon Pearl 龙珠传奇 is 62-episode Chinese palace drama revolving around the romance between Zhu Yi Huan, the last princess of the Ming Dynasty and Kangxi, the young emperor of the Qing Dynasty. She was raised in Dragon Pearl Canyon and trained in martial arts to prepare for the day that she can avenge her people.
The premise reminds me of Princess of Huai Yu and My Bratty Princess, but for what it's worth, it's a sweet story that never gets old and even sweeter when you realize that the main otp are a couple in real life. In case someone needs a history refresher, the Ming Dynasty led by the Han people was overthrown by the Manchurians who established the Qing Dynasty, thus resulting in bad blood between the two.
