Video 3HMONGTV NEWS: Members of "Hmoob Tebchaws" meet to answer questions about Seng Xiong's arrest.

More than 100 people, most of them from out of state, meet in St. Paul to discuss the history and future of "Hmoob Tebchaws". Seng Xiong, head of the organization, was reportedly arrested in California of fraud for stealing more than 1.3 million dollars from mostly elders by promising them a Hmong country. Representatives of "Hmoob Tebchaws" tell 3HMONGTV NEWS that Seng Xiong's arrest was fabricated and that it was a drama set up by the government. They claim Seng Xiong is innocent but not sure his whereabouts. They also stated that people donate money on their own will to the organization for a good cause, a country that Hmong can call their own. (Report filed by 3HMONGTV.)
